They could be giant chrysanthemums (“mums”) or zinnias or marigolds or dahlias! This fall themed bouquet is our “Bonus Tutorial” for the month of September 2026. Tutorial will have an optional traceable template, full video and PDF instructions.
Painting is done on a canvas that is painted black and we will work with a “moody” fall color palette featuring deep reds, browns and oranges with a pop of olive green!
The Cozy Autumn Bookstore
This painting was so much fun to create and it’s easy to get lost in! Paint a cozy rainy autumn day featuring a store front of a bookstore. Detail the window with books and fall wreath decor. You can get as detailed or simplistic as you would like with this design! Inside the tutorial is an optional traceable template which helps with drawing the lines from the building.
Note: I placed this painting in the “easy” category, however, it may be more of a “medium level” because there are quite a few details in it. All of the techniques in this painting are very beginner friendly and it’s meant to be an illustrated/ non-realistic design!
Pumpkin Patch Keeper

This one is a limited color palette (6 colors) easy painting tutorial! It will be the last Halloween theme painting for the season before I flip the switch for Winter Designs! (I may also make a Thanksgiving painting and maybe another Fall…) “Moonlight Mischief” is a black cat riding a witch broom over city skyline on a Halloween night with full moon radiating a yellow glow on a purple sky.
