If you haven’t been getting emails, check your email settings to make sure you have them sent to “Instant”. That way, when a new tutorial is released, the entire tutorial is sent immediately to your inbox! If you tried this and are having troubles, please reach out!
Here is how:
- When you are logged into your account, look for the little “Bell Symbol”.
2. Then Click on the little “Settings Symbol”
3. It will take you to an email notification setting page. Then set your email notifications to “Instant”. This means that when a new tutorial is released, you will get it instantly in your inbox! Note: this is the way it has always been, however, when the software updated in June of 2026, some settings were not transferred correctly for some members.
Some other things to try…
- Try adding “email@e.podia.com” AND “tracieannekiernan@gmail.com to your email contacts. These are the emails that get sent out with the new tutorial. If you add those to your email contacts, they won’t be put in Spam or Promotions.
- Look in your promotions tab or Spam tabs. If it’s being sent to Spam, you can specify it not to go to that area in your email anymore. The Promotions Tab I don’t have much control over because it’s based on the algorithm of your email, however, I believe if you add either of those email addresses to your “contacts”, it shouldn’t be putting the email in that folder.
