Paint Party Rights

If you are using these paintings for your paint party business, please make sure you are in the “Small Business Membership” OR purchasing “One Time Use License” . If you are in my old PayPal membership, that is okay (you are grandfathered in)!

A paint party business is someone that profits from painting classes. Example: you host an event to teach a painting and charge for the event. This also includes making and selling paint kits.

If you are in the “Bonus Tutorials” or the “All-Access Membership” tiers, you do NOT have paint party rights to use my paintings for your business. Those are “personal use” memberships. Please upgrade to the business membership OR pay a “per event license”.

If you are not in the Small Business Membership and you want to pay per event, send $10 to my PayPal link here and type a note about which painting you are doing. Example: “This is Painting with Sam and I am teaching your Gnome painting in the Fall.”

There are exceptions for nonprofit, fundraisers and free community use (libraries, senior centers, elementary schools, etc.). Example: you teach these paintings at a library for a small fee that covers costs. Another example is: you are teaching at a senior center or you are a K-12 art teacher. You can stay in the all-access membership for that use! Please if you are posting my photo on social media for a nonprofit event, cite the website.

Reach out if you need clarification on this to see if you are in the right tier!

Thank you so much for helping me protect my artwork! 🙂
