Paint Party Rights

If you are using these paintings for your paint party business, please make sure you are in the “Small Business Membership” OR purchasing “One Time Use License” . If you are in the old PayPal membership, that is okay!

Basically a paint party business is someone that profits from painting classes. Example: you host an event to teach a painting and charge for the event. This also includes making and selling paint kits.

If you are in the “Bonus Tutorials” or the “All-Access Membership” tiers, you do not have paint party rights to use my paintings for your business. Those are “personal use” memberships. Please upgrade to the business membership OR pay a “per event license”.

There are exceptions for nonprofit, fundraisers and free community use (libraries, senior centers, elementary schools, etc.). Example: you teach these paintings at a library for a small fee that covers costs. Another example is: you are teaching at a senior center or you are a K-12 art teacher. You can stay in the all-access membership for that use! Please if you are posting my photo on social media for a nonprofit event, cite the website.

Reach out if you need clarification on this to see if you are in the right tier!

Thank you so much! 🙂
